The risk in the goods supplied shall pass to you upon delivery into your possession or to the carrier or place of delivery nominated by you. However, the title of goods supplied and the equitable ownership shall remain with us until full payment has been received for all monies due in respect of the goods supplied.

 

 

Responsibility for damage to or loss of goods in transit prior to the passing of the risk will only be accepted by us if you notify us within two working days of delivery in the case of damage, or within two working days from the date of receipt of the invoice in the case of loss or non-delivery.

 

 

Both parties agree to conduct their business relationship in good faith and adhere to the principle of fair dealing in all their interactions and transactions. Any disputes or disagreements between the parties shall be resolved in a manner consistent with the principles of good faith and fair dealing.

 

 

All prices quoted are subject to alteration without notice unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by us. Payment is due thirty (30) days from the date of our invoice. In the event of a payment delay, we reserve the right to apply a fixed $50 compensation for recovery expenses and charge a monthly late fee of 2% on the overdue amount.

 

 

Provided that the products are unopened and in new condition, you can return your order to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable. All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment. Customers wishing to return non-defective cartridges must do so at their own expense.

 

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us to obtain an authorized return number. Any items received without this authorized return number will be recycled and processed accordingly. We value your satisfaction and want to make sure your refund is processed smoothly.

 

 

Where products are manufactured or adapted to your specification, we accept no responsibility as regards the fitness for purpose of the products so supplied, and those goods are not returnable for credit without the specific prior written agreement from us.

 

 

We accept no liability for any loss, damages, or expenses arising from the late delivery of goods by us, our agents, or our agents’ carriers due to any cause whatsoever.

 

 

In the event any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, our maximum aggregate liability under such circumstances will be limited to the lesser of the purchase price paid for the products, or $50.
