I have lost/forgotten my password.
If you have lost your password, click on “your customer account” and then on “forgot password”. Enter your email address so that a new password can be sent to you.
To obtain your invoice or for any information about your orders, log in to your customer account using your login and password. Select the relevant order and click on the link “Download your invoice.”
All orders are systematically checked before shipping. However, mistakes can happen during the order preparation process. Please inform us using our contact form. We will respond to you by the end of the day (our average response time is 4 hours)!
Unfortunately, the cartridge packaging does not provide information about all compatible printers. You can double-check the compatibility of the received cartridges by entering the reference of your printer in our search engine.
You can check the status of your package by using the tracking number provided in the email you received after the shipment. Alternatively, you can log in to your account to obtain the tracking number.
If it is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, first check with your neighbors. It is possible that in case of absence during the delivery, the carrier has left your package with a neighbor or your building caretaker.

By logging into your customer account, you can access all your orders and see their status. You can also check the progress of your package by using the tracking number received by email after the shipment of your package.
After changing a cartridge, the printer may not update the ink level. You can simply ignore the message by clicking “OK” or turn off your printer and turn it back on.
If it is a toner, put the old toner back into the printer and turn it off. Shake the new toner well to distribute the ink and install it in the printer, then turn it back on.
Our compatible products are systematically and rigorously tested and certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The compatible cartridges come with a 3-year warranty under normal conditions of use and will be replaced in case of malfunction ONLY.
If you encounter a problem with our cartridges, it could be due to various reasons.
You may not have followed all the instructions in the user manual.
You may have forgotten to remove the labels or protective covers.
You need to clean the printheads.
If the cartridge still does not work and the problem persists, contact us using our contact form. We will respond to you by the end of the day (our average response time is 4 hours)!
If you are unable to insert your cartridges into your printer, do not force it.
First, make sure you have removed all plastic and protective covers.
If you still cannot install the cartridge, it may be a ordering or shipping error.

When installing a compatible cartridge, if your printer displays an error message saying that the cartridge is not original, simply click “OK” to continue your prints.
