We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change products, or cancel orders where information is inaccurate or unavailable.
Compatibility information, including printer models, OEM trademarks, trade names, product names, model numbers, cartridge numbers, and part numbers, is provided solely for customer convenience. While we strive to provide accurate compatibility information, customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility before placing an order.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue products, correct typographical, pricing, or technical errors, substitute an equivalent product where appropriate, or cancel any order affected by inaccurate information.
Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, shipping fees, taxes, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes will be charged where required by law.
Obvious typographical, pricing, or technical errors do not obligate Postage Solutions Inc. to honor an incorrect price, promotion, or offer.
For approved business, corporate, or government accounts, payment terms may be provided by invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to collection costs, administrative fees, interest, or suspension of account privileges.
Orders, Fraud Prevention & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abusive purchasing behavior, or incorrect product information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supply chain disruptions, incorrect shipping information, transportation interruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the customer, carrier, or delivery location selected by the customer.
Title and ownership of products remain with Postage Solutions Inc. until full payment has been received for all amounts owing. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the customer, carrier, or delivery location designated by the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within two business days of delivery. We may request photos, packaging details, order information, or other supporting documentation before approving a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions and limitations set out in that policy.
Eligible compatible toner and ink cartridges are covered by our Warranty Policy against verified manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions, limitations, exclusions, and claim procedures set out in that policy.
Custom or Special-Order Products
Products that are special-order, customized, modified, or supplied according to customer specifications may not be returnable or refundable unless we provide prior written approval.
Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or service.
Intellectual Property

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without our prior written consent. Postage Solutions Inc. may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Trademark Disclaimer, and any other policies published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Postage Solutions Inc. regarding your use of this website and the purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, representations, and understandings relating thereto.
